If you receive an incorrect product please contact us.

Product warrantees are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are beyond our control. Should a product be received 'dead on arrival', or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us immediately. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a refund.

Returned items are subject to up to 15% re-stocking fee. Freight on returned products is not refundable.

4WDbits branded products are warranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship. 4WDbits warrantees their branded products when properly installed in their correct application to be free from defect and will function as specified. This warranty will be void on all products that show evidence of misapplication, improper installation, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, negligence or alteration of their original design. The warrantee does not cover any damage resulting from normal wear and tear.

We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Some items may be considered too heavy, awkward or otherwise unsuitable for rural delivery, these will need to collected from the closest freight depot we can arrange. We reserve the right of non delivery for any address we deem as suspicious and are unable to verify. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Any personal information provided to this website is retained soley for the purposes of our contact and shipping. No information will be distributed to any other parties except as required by law.

All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately by the Bank. The payment page is hosted by the bank and secured with 128 bit or better encryption. The card details are entered directly into the banking system and are not stored by 4WDbits. You will receive an instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline before being returned to the 4WDbits web site.

In no event shall 4WDbits be liable, whether in contract, in tort or on any other basis, for any damages sustained by any organisation or person arising from or related to loss of use, failure or interruption in the operation of any item, or for incidental, consequential, indirect damages or liabilities or for loss of revenue, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption of any item.

This policy in no way seeks to counter any consumer right as guaranteed though New Zealand law.
